A Change of Plans

Hello Scribbles viewers! I heard that some people missed me, so I'm back and ready for some more blogging! Before reading the following post, you should know that I, unlike most kids, am cyberschooled. This simply means that I do homeschooling online. Sure I don't have a social life besides Blogspot, but it's better than the other choice. You see, I'm cyberschooled because the school where I live is absolutely horrible. Its test scores are so low that it seems as if they're teaching mice!

So anyway, the school I've been going to, Agora, seems to have been a good choice; that is, until this year. At the beginning of this school year, I had some trouble with Agora. It all started the second day of school. They hadn't taken into consideration how many students were joining this year, so the school's website, where I do all my schoolwork, CRASHED! It's as if I went to school, and the doors were locked. Talk about a bad start! It was a little frustrating, but I tried to not let it bother me too much. My mom had others plans, though.

She wasn't going to let this one go by. She decided that we should look at other schools. We set up an appointment with the first school she came across. This school seemed very promising. When we met with the adviser, she was very nice and convinced us even more that this school was excellent. While we waited for the school to tell us if we made the cut, Agora was getting more and more unappealing.

First of all, a test they wanted me to take online called the Scranton was having major problems. Every time I got past the fourth question, it would freeze up and say that there's an error. Then, someone from the school sent me an email welcoming me to my first year of Agora, but this was my third! The school was getting more frustrating ever day! And then, guess who calls, but the new school!

We all breathed a sigh of relief and a cry of joy because they said that I would be starting school in a few weeks. And so, I stopped school yesterday and now I'm on a mini vacation for a week. How great is that! It seems like everything works out in the end. That is until this school goes horribly wrong too. Hahahahahaha! (I really hope not!)

Note: I will not be responding to any comments or emails until the night of Tuesday the 14th. That doesn't mean you shouldn't leave anything!
